Spotlight: Meet our Eastern Regional Coordinator Jennifer Rumple

When and why did you start working at Angela Adams Consulting?

I began my career with Angela Adams Consulting back on September 30th, 2015. I started working to assist my husband in bringing in a little extra income part-time. I never imagined I would grow into the position I am in today. When I first started, Angela provided me with the flexibility I needed with two small children. For that, I am forever grateful.

What has been your favorite memory thus far?

I am not sure I can pinpoint one favorite as there are many special memories. The Christmas parties, the office get-togethers, and the friends I have made over my career. I have never worked for a more caring individual.

How has Angela Adams Consulting helped you grow?

I have told Angela (Adams) from day one that I have never stopped learning. The employees at Angela Adams Consulting are one of a kind. I can name several people in my path that have assisted in my growth, Angela included. They have stood behind me the entire way. They never stopped pushing me, encouraging me, providing me with the training I needed to be successful, and making me step outside of my comfort zone.

What has changed the most since you started with Angela Adams Consulting?

Since the beginning of my employment with Angela Adams Consulting, I have noticed the growth. We have expanded our employee count along with the services we provide. We are constantly striving to be a step ahead of the challenges our customers may face.

What do you look forward to most in the upcoming years with Angela Adams Consulting?

I look forward to being a part of the growth of Angela Adams Consulting as a whole. I look forward to speaking with new clients, learning how to assist in their needs, growing our service offerings, and nurturing existing customer relationships.
