Spotlight: Meet our Insurance Specialist Account Manager Heather Hynson

When and why did you start work at Angela Adams Consulting?

I started working at Angela Adams Consulting in April 2015. At the time, I was the mom of a toddler and the wife of a fireman. I needed something with more flexibility. It was the best decision I ever made.

What has been your favorite memory thus far?

My favorite memory would have to be when we began transitioning into regions. The transition allowed focus on each region. With that focus, we were able to grow our current agencies, work closer with Angela Adams Consulting employees, and take on additional work from new agencies. It helped organize who the contact for specific questions would be.

How has Angela Adams Consulting helped you grow?

Angela Adams Consulting has helped me grow in so many ways. When I started working with Angela Adams Consulting, I was only familiar with Personal Lines. I am now comfortable with Commercial Lines. I have learned so much from everyone I have had the pleasure of working with. I have grown as a leader, my confidence in myself and my work has increased drastically, especially over the past two years.

What has changed the most since you started with Angela Adams Consulting?

Angela Adams Consulting has changed so much in the past six years. We have grown in employee numbers, agencies and improved our team and our communication skills.

What do you look forward to most in the upcoming years with Angela Adams Consulting?

I look forward to seeing the continued growth of our team as a whole.
