Using any scanner, an employee can scan individual documents to a designated scan folder and then drag and drop bulk documents to the Doc360 hotspot.  From there, just label and distribute documents to the correct team members so they can begin working on them immediately.

Visibility and Teamwork

Management can easily see what is received, assigned, and in progress via the dashboard for My Documents.  A Doc Management Report can be generated weekly or even daily to review open and processed/completed documents.

Team members can view processed documents via the Customer Center and unprocessed documents from the My Documents view with the proper permissions.   A history begins to develop for a document from the moment it is imported.  History can be viewed for unprocessed and processed documents.

It is fast and easy for management or the users to reassign work if someone is sick, or unable to work.

Versatility and Efficiency 

 Doc360 is for more than just snail mail.  Emails that cannot be processed immediately can be added to the My Documents workflow reducing the possibility that it will be discarded and forgotten.

When Document Types are utilized, CSRs can work more efficiently in batches and spend less time sorting through email attachments.

Doc360 is a phenomenal tool that can streamline and improve the efficiency of agency workflows and is a necessity in today’s virtual environment.  It is so much more beneficial to utilize the feature provided by your agency’s management system rather than supporting a separate document storage system, like Dropbox or shared network files, because the documents are appropriately stored and labeled within the management system.
