Founded in 1997, Angela Adams Consulting Services Inc. is a national consulting firm specializing in AfW, AMS360, and Prime software training. We offer a variety of services including training new employees, developing strategic plans, designing incentive programs, accounting clean-up work, creating marketing plans, CSR time management, implementing goal setting, Migration Mentor, CSR services and all bookkeeping functions. Angela Adams Consulting Services launched a CSR service in August of 2006 to provide support for our Independent agencies. The initial types of services include project based processing, selective daily processes including download processing and certificates, and on-site coordination and processing. Our goal in providing this service to our clients is twofold. We are seeing a serious shortage of Account Managers and this is having a negative impact on our clients. Secondly, as Account Managers get more expensive, it is more cost effective for the agency to outsource some of the routine functions so that these valuable agency resources spend their time dealing with clients.
