Angela Adams Consulting CSR team stepped up when we really needed them. We are grateful for all they have done. They did not just handle CSR duties; but took ownership of the situation, and all that it entailed. They stepped up, brought a team together, helped direct processes and demonstrated what 'accountability' was by their actions. People were now saying 'how can I help' rather than 'it is not my job.' They helped our associates rise to the occasion, and provided a track for them to run on.'
Angela Adams Consulting Services launched a CSR service in August of 2006 to provide support to our Independent agency clients. The types of services include project based processing, selective daily processes including download processing and certificates, and on-site coordination and processing. Our goal in providing this service to our clients is twofold. We are seeing a serious shortage of Account Managers and this is having a negative impact on our clients. Secondly, as Account Managers get more expensive, it is more cost effective for the agency to outsource some of the routine functions so that these valuable agency resources spend their time dealing with clients. Cathy began her insurance career in 1993 helping to automate a small agency after their purchase of the AMS Prime system. She was also a licensed Personal Lines Agent. She began work for AMS now Vertafore in 1997 and for 12 years worked as a support representative, support supervisor and training consultant. In 2009 Cathy joined Angela Adams Consulting and now serves as Director of CSR Services but also works as an Account Manager for the Accounting Department and a Consultant for the Consulting Department. Cathy has presented for many years at Regional and National Users' Group Conferences. She works with the AMS 360, AMS Prime and Producer Plus products.

Holli brings 40 years of insurance experience to our team. She started out in Company Underwriting then moved into the Agency side of Commercial Insurance in Los Angeles, California. Her commercial experience includes Bonds, Workers Compensation, Auto, Property and Casualty, and Surplus Lines Markets including Professional Liability, Pollution Liability and other hard to place coverage. In addition, Holli has Personal Lines experience and has worked for Independent Agencies both large and small.

Kelly has over 30 years of insurance experience working in a variety of areas including System Administration, Personal and Commercial lines insurance, Life and Health insurance, agency operations, accounting and claims. She began her Insurance career in 1981, working on the insurance agency side of the business in 1984. She is licensed in Property and Casualty, Life, Accident and Sickness insurance. Kelly's positions include CSR, Producer, and System Administrator. Kelly has experience with the Prime system, AfW for Windows, and AMS360. Kelly has a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, she's a Certified Insurance Service Rep (CISR) and Certified Professional Insurance Representative.

Sue has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. She has worked in both small and medium size agencies and as personal lines underwriter for a general agency. Sue helped grow a 2 person agency into a firm with over 20 employees in the main office and 4 satellite agencies. Throughout this 17 year assignment, Sue gained experience in literally every phase of the operation. Sue has expertise in processing both personal and commercial lines including producing, managing, training personnel, accounting functions and the implementation of AMS computer systems.

Bridgett began her career in 1977 where she spent 8 years on the insurance company side in rating and underwriting. She has been on the Independent Agency side of the business for the last 22 years. She was an Assistant Vice President to a regional agency for 9 years where she managed the day-to-day service of large commercial accounts. Her experience includes Commercial Lines Account Management, Marketing, Agency Accounting and Systems Administrator.
