Angela Adams Consulting CSR team stepped up when we really needed them. We are grateful for all they have done. They did not just handle CSR duties; but took ownership of the situation, and all that it entailed. They stepped up, brought a team together, helped direct processes and demonstrated what 'accountability' was by their actions. People were now saying 'how can I help' rather than 'it is not my job.' Angela Adams Consulting Services launched a CSR service in August of 2006 to provide support to our Independent agency clients. The types of services include project based processing, selective daily processes including download processing and certificates, and on-site coordination and processing. Our goal in providing this service to our clients is twofold. We are seeing a serious shortage of Account Managers and this is having a negative impact on our clients. Secondly, as Account Managers get more expensive, it is more cost effective for the agency to outsource some of the routine functions so that these valuable agency resources spend their time dealing with clients. Cathy began her insurance career by working in an agency as a licensed Personal Lines Agent and an AMS Prime user. She worked for AMS in Training and Customer Service for 12 years and has presented for many years at Regional and National Users' Group Conferences. She has trained clients on AMS 360, AMS Prime and Producer Plus.

Bridgett began her career in 1977 where she spent 8 years on the insurance company side in rating and underwriting. She has been on the Independent Agency side of the business for the last 22 years. She was an Assistant Vice President to a regional agency for 9 years where she managed the day-to-day service of large commercial accounts. Her experience includes Commercial Lines Account Management, Marketing, Agency Accounting and Systems Administrator.

Patti brings over 30 years of insurance industry experience to the company. Her first 10 insurance years were on the Company side in Claims Adjusting and Loss Control. Over the next 20+ years, Patti worked with large national brokers, large regional agencies and small local agencies. Her experience includes Commercial Lines Account Management, Marketing Agency Training and Auditing, and Systems Administration.
